Workout Anytime Lenoir is hiring to coach members with personalized workouts. No certification or experience required; training, certification, and pay during learning. You’ll learn our RAMP coaching system, perform goal reviews, body composition scans, and strength assessments, and help members follow their programs.

Responsibilities

• Help members with goal reviews, body composition scans, and strength assessments
• Teach members how to follow their custom workout program
• Monitor progress, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed
• Build genuine relationships with members over months and years
• Cover the front desk as needed (check-ins, tours, keeping the gym running)
