Job summary

Roehl Transport is recruiting for a Class A CDL truck driver training program in New Jersey. You are hired and paid as an employee on day 1 while you obtain your CDL, with three weeks of training available at multiple Roehl locations.

The program provides lodging and most meals as you progress to long-haul driving. Roehl has 30 years of CDL training experience and 60 years in business, with a strong track record of safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to read, write & speak English.
• Have held a US or Canadian driver’s license for at least two years.
• Be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical & drug testing.
• Must have a good driving record while driving a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to transport goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Follow traffic laws and regulations.
