Job summary

Roehl Transport in the United States is offering on-the-job CDL training to become a professional truck driver. You are hired and paid from day one while you complete a three-week CDL training program at one of several Roehl locations.

As a Class A CDL driver, you will transport goods, perform pre-trip inspections, keep delivery logs, and follow DOT regulations. Roehl provides full benefits and pays weekly during training, with opportunities to advance after obtaining your CDL.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A and be willing to complete on-the-job CDL training.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must have held a US or Canadian driver’s license for at least two years.
• Must pass a Department of Transportation physical and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to transport goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Follow traffic laws and regulations.
