Job summary

Minnesota Coaches, Inc. is hiring School Bus Route Drivers and Charter/Trip Drivers to support daily routes, field trips, and events from our Lino Lakes location.

We provide paid CDL training and support from day one, with a flexible part-time schedule designed for 25-30 hours per week and opportunities for daytime, evening, and weekend work. Whether you have a CDL or are starting fresh, join a safety-first team committed to serving students and communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Clean driving record; pass background checks, drug test, and DOT physical.
• Ability to pass a background check and DOT medical.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• No experience required — training provided by us.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students and passengers on assigned routes, field trips, and charter events.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist passengers during boarding and unloading, including individuals with special needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and passengers.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
