Job Description

We are looking for a positive, outgoing Events Coordinator with a passion for the arts and sales. This role is ideal for someone with event production experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop creative event concepts and proposals.
  • Manage logistics, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee events to ensure smooth operations.
