TeleVoIPs is offering a 12-week structured internship focused on AI and customer experience within Engage, our CRM and marketing platform. You will learn the product through internal training, observe onboarding sessions, and provide evidence-based feedback.

You will develop a complete Content Pack for an industry like HVAC, dental, legal, or real estate, and present your projections on future Engage/AI usage to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Learn Engage through internal training and credentialing.
• Sit in on real customer onboarding sessions and document confusions.
• Provide structured, evidence-backed feedback and submit feature requests.
• Research an industry and build a complete Content Pack (landing page, emails, campaigns, forms, social calendar).
• Present your view on future Engage/AI use to TeleVoIPs leadership.
