Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Ag Business, Crop Science, or another Agriculture-related degree program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of general agronomy tasks (scouting, crop protection, nutrients, seed, mixing, and product delivery).
• Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Regulate periodic housecleaning and record-keeping.
• Assist with repairs and preventive maintenance for agronomy equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain a compliant environment with CHS Environmental and Safety policies.
