Job summary

Rabobank Group is offering a Financial Analyst Intern position in Bakersfield, CA. The intern will gain exposure to loan structures, credit products, and day-to-day financial analyst tasks including sourcing documents, creating covenants, and financial statement analysis.

The role includes cross-functional rotations within the CRT team, research on delinquencies, and a summer long project with leadership presentation. Travel up to 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related major.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required.
• Strong written and oral communication and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding about possible loan structures, credit products and how they are used.
• Source loan documents, create covenants, and image source documents.
• Participate in team meetings and rotations within other functions to learn client portfolio management.
• Experience with financial spreading and financial statement analysis.
• Travel 10–15% at times and work cross-functionally with CRT team.
• Research loan delinquencies and contribute to ongoing project work.
• Summer project with opportunity to present to leadership and local team.
