Rabobank is hiring a Financial Analyst Intern in Bakersfield, CA (or Fresno). The 10-week, full-time paid internship offers exposure to loan structures, credit products, and financial analysis. You will rotate across CRT team functions, participate in team meetings, and present a summer project to leadership.

Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's in Ag Business, Finance, or related field with a 3.0 GPA and strong communication skills. Travel up to 15% is expected during the program.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects.
• Quick learner who can work in teams, and a self-starter who can work independently.
• Knowledge or experience in agriculture preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required.

Responsabilités

• Develop understanding about loan structures and credit products.
• Sourcing loan documents, creating covenants, and imaging documents.
• Participate in team meetings and use RAF technologies.
• Experience with financial spreading and financial statement analysis.
• Rotate with CRT team areas: relationship management, loan reviews, underwriting, appraisals.
• Research loan delinquencies.
• Participate in a summer project and present to leadership.
• Travel 10-15% as needed.
