Job summary

FlightSafety International is offering a paid Aeronautical Engineer Intern position for a 10-week summer program. The internship runs from June 1 to August 4, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek.

Interns will rotate through divisions, work on designated projects, and gain exposure to customer-facing service and sales activities within aviation training. Qualified applicants are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer programs, techniques and concepts related to the role.
• Strong work ethic, ability to develop relationships, and discretion in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Understands the overall concept of FlightSafety, including brand, customers, product goals, and service expectations.
• Rotates through divisions, contributing ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Accepts designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas, and present final results.
• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
• Offers suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
