Emmetsburg Care Center in Iowa offers an Administrator in Training (AIT) paid program designed to prepare you for LNHA licensure through hands-on leadership experience, mentorship, and structured development.

You’ll work directly with an experienced Licensed Administrator, gaining experience in clinical and operational leadership, regulatory readiness, budgeting, admissions, and resident satisfaction, with a clear path to licensure and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Interest in becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• Ability to obtain LNHA licensure in the state of Iowa upon program completion.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing others (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
