Job summary

enFocus Inc. seeks a Summer Intern to work in South Bend-Elkhart for 8 weeks, collaborating with Fellows and Project Managers on Civic and Industry projects. You will lead a Primary Project as a consultant-like innovator and support a Secondary Project in social impact initiatives.

Responsibilities include executing project plans, interviewing stakeholders, designing solutions, and implementing programs. This paid internship emphasizes learning, networking, and hands-on experience with mentoring.

Qualifications

• Must be a student at an undergraduate institution, a current graduate student, or a recent graduate.
• Strong candidates typically maintain at least a 3.0 GPA.
• Available to work full-time in the South Bend-Elkhart region for 8 weeks starting in early June.
• Must be able to use personal or public transportation for frequent travel to offices.
• Internship requires bringing your own devices.
• Participation in a study on internship efficacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute a project management plan for all projects.
• Share opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders, community leaders, and executives.
• Conduct discovery activities such as customer/stakeholder interviews and research.
• Conduct design activities including program design and marketing development.
• Conduct implement activities including technology deployment and training.
• Communicate regular project updates via meetings, email, and presentations.
• Positively represent enFocus in all engagements.
