Brayman Construction offers paid 12-week Summer Internship positions from May 2027 to August 2027. Interns will work on real-world projects at the Saxonburg, PA corporate office or in the field across Western Pennsylvania, Northwest Virginia and West Virginia.

Expect mentorship, training, and exposure to heavy civil and geotechnical construction. The program covers divisions including Heavy Civil, Foundations, Estimating, and Safety, with opportunities in project management, on-site experiences,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or Safety.
• Encouraged for Business Management students interested in project management within construction.
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated motivation to learn and take on challenges daily.
• Willingness to travel (per diem/lodging provided per policy).

Responsabilités

• Assist on key construction projects in Western Pennsylvania, Northwest Virginia and West Virginia.
• Prepare project reports and assist with cost estimation.
• Analyze blueprints, proposals and labor estimates.
• Follow safety procedures and standards on site.
