Gray Media, in partnership with WCJB-TV20 ABC Affiliate in Gainesville, FL, offers a paid internship program for journalism, communications, sales, marketing, or related fields. You will work in real-world assignments and help build a professional portfolio across digital and traditional platforms.

You’ll train 25 hours per week for 10 weeks, with the potential for full-time opportunities within Gray Media’s network.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as a college student (Junior or Senior preferred).
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn across multiple roles.
• Digital awareness and ability to create content for diverse platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the role: handle real-world assignments that may appear on air and online.
• Drive digital engagement: create content for TV, social media, streaming apps and web stories.
• Collaborate with seasoned pros to gain industry insights.
• Commit to the craft: 25 hours per week for 10 weeks to build a portfolio.
