Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed an associate, bachelor, or graduate degree.
• Available for ten weeks.
• Be a voting shareholder of Goldbelt, Inc., or a lineal descendant of a voting shareholder.
• Be attending an accredited university as a full-time student, or have graduated within the past six months.
• Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA undergraduates / 3.0 GPA graduates.
• Commit to a 40 hour/week, in-person program.

Responsibilities

• Internships provide paid training and work-study opportunities.
• Externships provide paid training and work-study opportunities.
• Interns and externs will learn networking skills by partnering with Alaska Native organizations.
• Sample workshops include resume and cover letters, interview training, benefits and retirement review, Tlingit culture and heritage, Alaska Native art, and more.
• Internships are available in business development, business operations, accounting, human resources, information technology, communications, and shareholder services.
