Job summary

A leading precious metals producer is seeking a motivated Metallurgy student for a summer internship at their Kensington Mine in Alaska. This internship, running from May to August 2026, offers real-world experience and mentorship from industry professionals. Interns will work on impactful projects and present their findings in Chicago. Candidates must be pursuing a related Bachelor's degree, preferably have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills. The internship offers a competitive rate of $27.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate entering Junior or Senior year.
• Minimum GPA 2.5, preferred GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Metallurgical and Assay Lab as required.
