Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer to support Fort Liberty-based SOMTC training. You will craft public information content and social media materials, develop realistic, scenario-driven digital content, and weave PAI/SM analysis into instructional materials for SOF personnel.

Secret clearance is required. Preference for candidates with 3+ years in digital open-source research or 6 years of related military experience as substitute, and experience in

Qualifications

• Graduate of US military Basic/Advanced NCO Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course.
• SECRET clearance required.
• 6 years of related military experience may substitute.
• SOF assignment with Special Forces, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, SOA or SIM units; or MI; 3+ years corporate experience in digital domain for open source, social media, and internet research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis.

Clearance required: SECRET

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop publicly available information and social media content to support the SOMTC synthetic internet training environment.
• Produce realistic, scenario-driven digital content aligned with SOF training objectives.
• Integrate PAI/SM analysis into training materials to enhance operational relevance.
• Support the creation and delivery of instructional modules for SOF personnel.
• Collaborate with training staff, scenario developers, and intelligence professionals to ensure accuracy and operational authenticity.
• Associate; 6 years of related military experience may substitute.
• Graduate of a U.S. military Basic/Advanced NCO Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course.
• Expert OSINT/PAI gathering.
• Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI into Operational Intelligence.
• Expert developing instruction programs/training modules.
• SOF assignment--Special Forces, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation (SOA), or Special Mission units--OR Military Intelligence (MI); minimum 3 years of corporate experience in the digital domain for open source, social media, and internet research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
