Job summary

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group, part of the San Francisco Bay Area network, is seeking Internal Medicine physicians for flexible, team-based practice in Fremont, CA. The role supports physicians with NP/PA-assisted care and virtual infrastructures to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Team based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs.
• Virtual in basket support team for efficient workflow.
• Collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization to coordinate care.
• Robust onboarding and mentorship program for new physicians.
• Flexible scheduling: 4 days a week for full time; part-time options available; flexible patient visit duration.
• Remote video visits from home available; light physician call is virtual and screened by RN/NP/PA.
