Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or two years of related manufacturing/inspection experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Experience inspecting mechanical and electrical assemblies in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document inspection results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections on padmount switchgear assemblies.
• Verify conformance to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Document inspection results and issue NCRs as needed.
• Support corrective action processes with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
• Maintain compliance with ISO procedures and participate in internal audits.
