The Coach will be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs, managing court scheduling, organizing tournaments and social events, implementing marketing strategies to grow the padel community, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining program profitability through effective resource management.

Previous experience in Padel is not required.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision, business plan, and revenue targets.
• Oversee program structure, pricing, and performance metrics.
• Hire, train, and manage coaching staff and scheduling.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and community partners.
• Ensure program quality, innovation, and adoption of new technologies.
• Lead marketing, tournaments, and business development initiatives.
• Manage booking system and player participation records.

Requirements:
