As part of our programming team, you will plan sessions, provide progress feedback, and foster an inclusive on-court environment while collaborating with club staff and events.

Qualifications

• At least one year of padel coaching experience; certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of padel rules, technique, and strategy.
• Ability to teach both individuals and groups.
• Clear communication and a friendly, patient coaching style.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable collaborating with a team.
• Availability for scheduled programming, including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience supporting sports programming or events is a plus.

Position Overview

As a Padel Coach, you’ll work with the Director of Programming to deliver engaging lessons, clinics, and organized play. You’ll help players build confidence, develop their skills, and feel connected to the club.
