Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate to set up and operate padding machines, monitor production, and maintain quality.

The role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying temperatures, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a production environment. The position offers a 2-2-3 schedule with both day (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and night (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating thermoforming machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate padding machines according to production requirements.
• Produce finished goods in accordance with quality standards and product specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all machine operating instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
