You will monitor patients post-anesthesia, manage recovery, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safety. Requires ND RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and at least 3 years PACU experience; COVID vaccine and TB test recommended.

Qualifications

• ND RN license is required.
• Associate or BSN in nursing required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• COVID vaccine and TB test required.
• At least 3 years PACU experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the immediate post‑anesthesia phase.
• Monitor vital signs, airway status, pain levels, and neurological function.
• Administer medications, oxygen therapy, and interventions as needed.
• Educate and support patients and families during the recovery process.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Follow PACU protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
