Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado seeks a Clinical Nurse (CN) Flex for the SPARC unit (Pre PACU/Post). You will deliver family-centered, evidence-based care and collaborate across disciplines to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes. The role requires 20 hours of availability per pay period and night shifts.

The unit supports diverse surgical specialties and emphasizes education for patients, families, and staff, leveraging the Professional Practice Model to guide care across the continuum.

Qualifications

• BSN required or equivalent; state RN license in Colorado.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification with remaining validity.
• Equivalent pathways for MEPN/ADN options may apply in lieu of BSN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver family-centered care within the nursing process across the care continuum.
