Formación

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• ICU or Emergency Room experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS required for Recovery Room.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient needs and responses.
• Coordinates patient care through collaboration with patient/family and healthcare team.
• Performs assessments and documents data in appropriate systems per unit standards.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and documents appropriately.
• Identifies and meets patient education and discharge needs.
• Demonstrates leadership and oversees clinical supervision of staff as needed.
