Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality post-operative care, manage airway support, and monitor neurological and cardiac status in a fast-paced surgical unit. This role includes on-call availability during select non-business hours and collaboration with the surgical and anesthesia teams.

ACLS within 30 days of start date, BLS certification, and an RN license with a Registered Nurse Diploma are required.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS certification required.
• RN license and nursing diploma/certification standard for practice.
• No travel required.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered post-operative care.
• Monitor neurological and cardiac status continuously.
• Manage airway support and respond to complications promptly.
• Provide initial wound care and ensure patient stability during recovery.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment and follow-up.
