University of Maryland Medical System Corporation seeks a Clinical RN to join the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) on a PRN basis. The PAM RN PRN Unit Based Tier III will provide post-anesthesia care, monitor recovery, and ensure patient safety and comfort in the immediate postoperative period.

Requirements include an active RN license, PACU or critical care experience, strong assessment and critical thinking, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Educate patients and families on postoperative care and recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
