Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Patient- and Family-Centered Practice: knowledge of conveying respect and collaborating with patients and families in care planning.
• Cultural Awareness: understanding diverse backgrounds and effective communication.
• Effective Communication: ability to transmit, receive, and interpret information with patients and families.
• Patient Assessment and Care: knowledge to assess ailments and implement a care plan.
• Discharge Planning: knowledge of post-discharge needs and coordinating follow-up care.
