Job summary

Dignity Health Woodland Memorial Hospital in Woodland, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform assessments, and support recovery after surgery.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans, applying clinical expertise, critical thinking, and patient-centered principles.

Qualifications

PACU experience as a registered nurse.
Active California RN license.
BLS certification – American Heart Association.
ACLS certification – American Heart Association.
PALS certification – American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized, high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced PACU.
Perform assessments and skilled procedures.
Develop and implement an evidence‑based plan of care with the care team.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to optimize outcomes.
Evaluate patient responses to anesthesia using Aldrete score.
