Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in Millburn, NJ is seeking a skilled PACU RN to deliver post-operative care. The role emphasizes accurate monitoring, timely documentation, and clear communication with anesthesia and physicians to ensure safe discharge readiness.

The position requires active NJ RN license, BLS & PALS, and 1–2+ years OR experience in orthopedic procedures. Per Diem or Full-Time, onsite with solid team support and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Current CLS, BLS & PALS Certification.
• 1-2+ years of operating room experience with orthopedic procedures.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Active NJ RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality post-anesthesia care in PACU.
• Monitor patient status and document changes accurately.
• Administer medications per physician orders and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Prepare recovery room per patient and procedure requirements.
