Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our patient‑centered care teams. You will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care across units, aligned with our Nursing Professional Practice Model.

The role requires an ACEN/CCNE/NLN‑CNEA accredited baccalaureate nursing program, current RN license, BLS and ACLS; night shifts, 72 hours per pay period, full‑time, nonexempt.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program per ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• 1 year RN critical care experience in ICU, PACU, or ED; PACU preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient education across transitions of care.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and participate in quality improvement.
• Ensure safe, efficient care and accurate clinical documentation.
