CommonSpirit Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, CA. The RN will provide compassionate, high-quality care, conduct assessments, plan and implement treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Formación

Acute care experience within the last two years.
Critical Care experience.
CA RN License required; BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

Assessment and planning of patient care.
Implementation of care plans.
Evaluation of patient outcomes.
Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
Identifies changes in patient’s condition and intervenes appropriately.
