Job summary

St. Luke’s in Boise is seeking a Part-Time PACU RN for the Evening shift in a 31-bed PACU that handles patients from multiple procedures. The role is 0.65 FTE (52 hours per pay period) with mostly 9-hour shifts; on-call shifts are included with 30 minutes response time.

Requires ADN/BSN, 2+ years hospital nursing (PACU/CCU/ED preferred), current RN license, and BLS (ACLS/PALS preferred). A $4k sign-on bonus is offered for new hires.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN).
• Experience: 2+ years nursing in a hospital setting (PACU, Critical Care or ED highly preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PACU nursing care for patients recovering from general anesthesia.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status; respond to changes rapidly.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiology, and other care providers.
