Job summary

St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center, part of St. Luke’s Health System, is hiring Intensive Care RNs for a 0.9 FTE night-shift role in Boise, Idaho.

You will cross-train in MICU and SICU, receive continuing education scholarships, and work with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio (1:1 for high-acuity). Sign-on and relocation assistance, plus certification pay, are offered. We value dedicated RNs with at least 1 year of experience and an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year RN experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in applicable state and BLS provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in MICU (17-bed) and SICU (16-bed).
• Receive continuing education scholarships for conferences, certification, and licensure.
• RN ratio of 1:2 (1:1 for high-acuity patients).
• Full-time (0.9 FTE), night shift opening.
• Certification pay available.
• Additional PTO for night shift.
