Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitor for adverse effects.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
