Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for PACU in Petaluma, CA. This 13-week day-shift assignment requires strong PACU background, compact license, and active ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications. Expect to monitor recovering patients, manage meds, and collaborate with the surgical team.

You will perform timely assessments, document care in Epic, and participate in weekend coverage and on-call duties as needed. Float to other recovery areas may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of PACU experience.
• Current compact nursing license.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
• Ability to manage high-acuity patients in PACU.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care for recovering patients.
• Monitor vital signs and complications, administer meds as prescribed.
• Perform assessments on patient arrival and during recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for outcomes.
• Document care and maintain charting in Epic.
• May require weekend coverage and on-call duties.
