Job summary

Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse I for the Recovery Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The role requires day shifts, a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and a call rotation.

A minimum of two years PACU or critical care experience is highly preferred. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients using the nursing process, while documenting care and coordinating patient discharge.

Qualifications

• Completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing
• Holds or is entitled to hold a nursing diploma or degree

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess and care for patients in PACU
• Documents steps of nursing care and patient progress
• Coordinates discharge planning and referrals as appropriate
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
• Adheres to unit policies and safety standards
