Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA is hiring a PACU Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care following surgery. You will monitor neurological and cardiac status, assist airway management, and collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams.

This role requires on-call availability during select non-business hours. You will participate in an Enhanced Surgical Recovery program and contribute to continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required within 30 days of start date.
• RN license or current registered nurse status in Virginia.
• Prior critical care experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the PACU setting.
• Monitor airway, neurological and cardiac status post-surgery; respond to issues.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe recovery.
