• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment, interprets monitors, and responds to changes in patient status.
• Collaborates with medical staff and nursing team to plan and manage patient care.
• Documents care accurately meeting regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Demonstrates patient and family advocacy and safe nursing practices.
