Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a skilled PACU RN for a 13-week contract in Washington. The role covers Pre-Op, PACU and Phase II care in a busy facility, with a block schedule of 4x10-hour shifts (days or nights).

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of PACU experience, an active RN license (compact preferred), and ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications. Epic charting experience is a plus, and travel reimbursement with housing allowances may be offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience in Pre-Op and PACU.
• Active RN license (compact preferred).
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Trauma center experience and Epic knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive care to patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer meds and IV fluids as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
• Communicate care plans and expectations to patients and families.
• Float between units as needed to meet facility needs.
