Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a PACU RN in the Grand Blanc, MI area to provide post-operative care for a variety of surgical patients. The role requires an ADN or higher and an active RN license with BLS/ACLS. Experience in PACU/ICU is preferred, with strong teamwork and EMR proficiency.

The position offers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities in a Level 2 trauma center setting.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher required
• Active RN license
• 1 year PACU/ICU or similar high-acuity setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required by AHA
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative care and monitor vital signs
• Administer prescribed medications and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for smooth patient transition
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR per hospital policy
