You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, educate families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. The role emphasizes critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a hospital setting.

Competenze

• Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN license.
• Experience: No formal experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Skills: Critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
