TriStar Health in Nashville, TN seeks a compassionate PACU RN to deliver evidence-based post-anesthesia care. You will assess patients, monitor airway and vital signs, manage pain, and administer medications while responding swiftly to changes in condition.

Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure safe transitions through recovery, document care accurately, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license and BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred; PACU experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and post-anesthesia care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients in PACU and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain airway status and manage pain after surgery.
• Administer medications and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
