The PACU unit at MUHA’s Main Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse II to provide patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment. The role requires implementing the nursing process, coordinating with surgical teams, and ensuring safe, timely recovery for post-anesthesia patients.

Candidates should hold a BSN preferred and RN licensure; one year of RN experience preferred. The position is full-time, on-site, with 36 hours weekly and rotating shifts.

Formación

• One year of work experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; BSN encouraged if not yet completed.
• RN license in SC or compact state; maintain BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe and effective care and collaborate with other health care team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to support care plans.
