Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge and judgement for complex assessment and therapies.
• Responds to life-saving situations per nursing standards and protocol.
• Monitors specialised equipment and interprets cardiac rhythms and other displays.
• Collaborates with medical staff to plan and manage patient care.
• Acts as a patient and family advocate and supports unit goals.
