Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care for critically ill or injured patients in pre- and postoperative settings.
• Assess risks and benefits of interventions and render life-saving treatment in emergencies.
• Organize, plan, supervise, and coordinate patient care within the unit.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff and technicians.
• Promote evidence-based practice through nursing protocols and guidelines.
• Manage conflicts on shifts and collaborate with leadership for action.
• Support daily clinical operations, scheduling, staffing, and supplies.
