Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered if enrolled in BSN program and degree completion within 2 years.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across the health care continuum and discharge planning.
• Facilitate hand-offs and transfer reports to receiving staff.
• Supervise care delivery and monitor patient outcomes.
• Maintain readiness for ECTs and participate in code blue drills annually.
• Adhere to Joint Commission requirements and patient safety standards.
• Provide courteous, informative patient and family service.
