Job summary

Atrium Health Huntersville Surgery Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PACU/Preop. This full-time, day-shift role in Huntersville, NC requires a nursing program completion, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification; ACLS is preferred and PACU experience is strongly preferred.

The outpatient surgery center features four suites with advanced technology and dedicated pre- and post-operative care areas, focusing on high-quality patient care and a safe, private setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license valid for the state where you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• PACU experience strongly preferred for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and effective communication to ensure the best patient experience across the continuum.
