Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center, part of the Methodist Health System, is seeking a Registered Nurse to render professional and technical nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients. The role requires 12 months of RN experience, Texas licensure or eligibility, and a current BLS certification.

The position supports patient care across shifts with a 12X3 Day schedule, 36 hours per week, and is based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Ensures complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information.
• Provides a therapeutic environment through safe, accurate, and timely medication and IV administration.
• Takes personal responsibility and initiative for performance and for professional growth and development.
• Utilizes the nursing process to ensure quality patient care is provided throughout the episode of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
