Qualifications

• Missouri Board of Nursing RN licensure or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN licensure.
• One year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for an assigned patient group.
• Plan and participate in education for patients, families, and health professionals.
• Report observations to physicians, charge nurse, or nursing supervisor and document accurately.
• Maintain standards of nursing care and follow hospital policies.
• Participate in meetings, in-services, and quality/performance improvement activities.
• Contribute to nursing research and evidence-based practice.
• Provide high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient satisfaction.
• May perform unit/department-specific duties as outlined.
